Formed in 2008, EARTHGANG (consisting of Olu [aka Johnny Venus] and WowGr8) have taken the world by storm. Three albums, four EPs, and multiple singles later and they have just begun.
Their recent album, Mirrorland, released last September has impressive features such as Young Thug, Kehlani, T-Pain and more. With 14 tracks, though it’s hard to pick a favorite, “Proud of You” feature Young Thug has over 20 million listens on Spotify! EARTHGANG ended 2019 releasing “Collide” with Tiana Major9 for the motion picture Queen and Slim which was such a hit even Michelle Obama listed it on her 2020 work out playlist.
EARTHGANG’s latest release is a feature on “Still Up” by Dreamville also featuring Reason. Established by J. Cole, Dreamville was nominated for the 2020 Grammy Awards for ‘best rap performance’ for the song “Down Bad” which also features J. Cole, Bas, JID, Young Nudy, and EARTHGANG. Dreamville is a label “of the connected age” that’s “keeping a pulse” on the world “while exploring new sounds, new visuals, and new ways to authentically and genuinely connect with all people…”
